Downtown Spec

A modern 3-story home near downtown Austin. We enjoyed working closely with the builder and his team on the interior design and the fixture and finish selections. This builder spec home was then staged for selling and photos by Christine Brown with Staging Sisters.

The master bath was renovated to recreate a walk-in shower the clients enjoyed at a resort while they were on vacation.  A deep tub deck allows for easy transitioning in and out of the tub.  Danby marble and honey onyx tiles create an unusual combination in the shower.  Rich granite counters and elegant bronze light fixtures add warmth to the room.
